In-Person Absentee Voting At North County Human Services Building

Weekday In-Person Absentee Voting at North County Human Services Building in Reston is in progress through November 1. Voting hours are from 3:30 to 7:00 PM.

Saturday In-Person Absentee Voting is in progress through November 2.  Voting hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In-person absentee votes are counted first when the polls close at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 5.

Unlike most states that have true early voting, Virginians need an excuse for exercising our rights.  Depending on the "reason code," Virginians may also be required to provide supporting information.  In any case, to vote in-person absentee voters are required to complete a Virginia Absentee Ballot Application Form.  Page 4 of the form includes the reason codes and instructions for completing the form.
