Parent Education Event: Sleep and our Teens

Sleep and Our Teens:

Most of our teens have to deal with a lack of sleep during the school year. We already know it makes our kids grouchy and reduces their ability to concentrate But, did you know it also contributes to acne breakouts, exacerbates depression and contributes to stress? Join us for a presentation by a nationally recognized sleep expert and bring your questions for an informative discussion.

We will have the opportunity for students to monitor their own patterns with a sleep log Dr, Lewin will provide in advance.

This program will be appropriate for parents of high school, middle school and college aged parents. Students are welcome to attend with their parents.  This event is open to the public.
