Camp Planet! is a 4-day day camp for girls in grades K-6th, sponsored by the Girl Scouts.
Camp will run Monday, April 14th through Thursday, April 17th (that's Fairfax County Public School spring break!) from 9AM-4PM at Herndon Elementary School. Girls will make friends, play games, do crafts, learn about science & healthy living, and find out all about Girl Scouting!
Camp costs $40 for all 4 days, and we offer financial aid. We also offer bus transportation to and from camp from Dranesville, Lake Anne, Hutchison, Coates, Dogwood, & Terraset Elementary Schools, free of charge.
Find out more and register at http://www.gscnc.org/camp_planet.html
We're also looking for adult volunteers to serve as First Aiders, bus chaperones, and bus stop monitors. Girls accompanied by adult volunteers can attend camp free of charge!
Please contact the Camp Director, Cara McConnell, at cmcconnell@gscnc.org or (202) 534-3775 if you have any questions. We'll see you at camp!
