The Assistance League of Northern Virginia's do good things Sunday is October 20 at Stone's Cove KitBar from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. To support the organization, Stone's Cove will donate 10% of the day's sales to Assistance League.
Assistance League is an all-volunteer organization that feeds, clothes, educates, and nurtures those in need in our community. They organization's programs include Operation School Bell and Operation Hugs.
Operation School Bell consists of a Weekday Food for Kids Program, literacy initiatives, and the New Clothes for Kids Program. Operation Hugs includes the Pillow Program and the Assault Survivor Kits Program.
