I encourage all Virginia 86th District residents to sign a petition to ensure Herb Kemp is included in the upcoming Virginia General Assembly Delegates Primary.

I have known him and his family for many years and the people of the 86th would be in exceptional hands and he would represent you with integrity and passion.
