Independence Day activities, free movies for children and more!
Happy Independence Day all! Here’s wishing you a great week, along with a couple things that might be of interest this week.
1. Don’t forget tonight is the at Bready Park, 814 Ferndale Ave. The party starts at 5 p.m. with small rides for children and continues at 6:30 p.m. with family activities, demonstrations, games, arts and crafts and more. 2. Charlie the Chihuahua escaped from his home . He weighs about 7 pounds and is black with tan legs, snout and paws, and a little white on his chest. He has a kink in his tail as well. He responds well to food but may be cautious at first. He was last seen on Sunrise Valley Drive Tuesday at about 8 p.m. Call Lindsey at 954-444-9348 or Amanda at 845-797-4743 if found.

3. Phoenix Theaters Worldgate 9 has this summer on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Movies are rated G and PG. The doors open at 9 a.m. and movies start at 10 a.m.
