Step in the right direction for Virginia Prisons

Thanks to the persistence and dedications of groups such as VA-CURE, Advocare, SALT and the leadership of Delegate Patrick Hope and Senator Adam Eddin, Virginia prisons are now lowering the number of prisoners in solitary confinement or “segregation”.
