Program Manager Wanted!

The individual in this position is responsible for the design, execution, and overall management of an 
after-school program. Our program is subsidized so 
that it can be afforded by all families in our community. This position requires two hours of office work, in which the activities can be designed and prepped, staff can be appropriately scheduled, and any other necessary administrative tasks can be completed. The program manager spends 16 hours at the after-school program. The shift is from 2:30 until 6:30, Monday through Thursday. While at the program, the manager must provide a safe, fun environment for the children, manage and direct the staff, organize the activities, converse with parents, and more. 

Requirements:
-Must be over 18
-Must be able to pass a background check
-A 2 or 4-year degree is preferred
-Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
-Proficiency in English
-Some experience with children is necessary 

Compensation: $8/hr
