Herndon Area Bars and Restaurants Serve Up Super Bowl Specials and Events

If you're still unsure of where you should go on Super Bowl Sunday, there are plenty of places to watch the Ravens take on the 49ers in Herndon — and plenty of specials and giveaways. 

Here's the details on where to watch the Super Bowl in Herndon:

• The Breeze Restaurant and Sports Bar - The Breeze will have a barbecue buffet on Super Bowl Sunday. They'll also have drink specials and prizes and televisions in the dining room. One of the prizes is a 32" Phillips LED flat screen TV. Diners have to spend $15 to register to win and the winner will be announced after the game is over. Click here for details.

• Jimmy's Old Town Tavern - Jimmy's will host its 16th annual Super Bowl Bash with the crew from the Mike O'Meara Show. Uncle Dave's Super Bowl Pool will be free for the first 100 fans and prizes will be awarded each quarter. Leading up to the game, watch the Pittsburgh Penguins play the Washington Capitals at 12:30 p.m., and the Florida Panthers play the Buffalo Sabres at 3 p.m. Ravens and 49ers themed specials will be available as well. • O'Sullivan's Irish Pub - O'Sullivan's will be opening at 9:30 a.m. Super Bowl Sunday with a full brunch menu available. Rugby, soccer and hockey will be showing throughout the day leading up to the Super Bowl. Specials include $6 appetizers all day long. Two NFL jerseys will be given away at the end of each quarter. • Time Out Wings and Grill - Time Out will have specials and craft beers on tap throughout Super Bowl Sunday. Game time specials include the Super Sampler Plate for $20, the to-go Party Pack with 24 wings for $20 and Super Bowl Shooters for $3 each. • Finnegan's Irish Pub - Finnegan's will open at 11 a.m. with a breakfast buffet available until 2 p.m. The restaurant will have a special tailgate menu with specials on wings and more. Early birds will get to sit in the lounge seating area. Finnegan's will be giving away 12 jerseys throughout the day. • Ned Devine's Irish Bar and Restaurant - Ned Devine's will be having a Super Bowl Party with an array of food specials, including half-priced steaks. There will be free giveaways throughout the game and a prize for the best dressed fan. Click here for details.
