An Empty Bowls Fundraiser to Fight Hunger in Northern Virginia hosted by the Giving Circle of HOPE. There is a minimum donation of $20 to receive the meal which includes a bowl handcrafted by a local potter, that you may keep, plus soup, bread, a beverage and dessert. For tickets, please send a check made out to Food for Others by April 9, to GCH, P.O. Box 8832, Reston VA 20195. Tickets will be held at the door. If you would like a confirmation, you MUST include an email address with your payment.
This is a true community event and we are fortunate to partner with the Clay Connection and potters from the RCC, HCC, Bowman House, and The Clay Cafe, talented chefs from area restaurants and bakeries, local musicians, and the Girl Scouts.
