Copan Tex-Mex Coming to Downtown Herndon

More restaurants and businesses opening in downtown Herndon.

It's official — the former So Addictive Lounge and Grill in downtown Herndon will reopen as a restaurant featuring Tex-Mex style food. 

Copan will serve Salvadorean and Honduran food. Work has been going on inside the space for some time, but a brightly colored banner was added recently. 

It joins the other new business activity in Herndon recently, including:

• Mellow Mushroom is opening in the old Fuddruckers space
• Fresh World will open soon in the old Bloom location on Elden Street
• Green Lizard Cycling will offer a cycling and espresso shop downtown this spring
• Zinga frozen yogurt opened in November in the Franklin Farm Shopping Center
