Nu-Blu Takes Stage at Frying Pan Park This Sunday

Nu-Blu is performing as part of the park's Bluegrass Barn Series.

The Bluegrass Barn Series at Frying Pan Farm Park brings Nu-Blu to the farm at 7 p.m. this Sunday. 

Nu-Blu provides a diverse listening experience, mixing original songs with traditional material. Nu-Blu also incorporates songs from other genres into its music and the group has a unique sound that keeps people coming back. 

Husband and wife team Carolyn and Daniel Routh are the founders of Nu-Blu. Carolyn plays bass and sings lead vocals, while Daniel plays guitar, sings and writes songs. Levi Austin performs on banjo and vocals and Austin Koerner plays mandolin.

The Bluegrass Barn Series takes place in the visitors center at Frying Pan Farm Park, located at 2709 West Ox Rd. Doors open at 6 p.m. and Nu-Blu will take the stage at 7 p.m.
