Civil War Book Sale for the Holidays

Three local authors will be signing and selling their latest books on Civil War history December 11, 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at Jimmy's Old Town tavern on the corner of Elden and Spring Streets in Herndon.

Eric Buckland will be selling his latest book "Mosby's Keydet Rangers" (Second Edition – Revised and Enlarged), a booklet entitled "Charles Broadway Rouss: Mosby Ranger, Millionaire, Philanthropist" and "Mosby Men" - a CD containing over 600 photos of Mosby Rangers and over 500 photos of Ranger graves. 

Don Hakenson will be signing his latest book "This Forgotten Land II: Biographical Sketches of Confederate Veterans Buried in Alexandria, Virginia", "This Forgotten Land:  A Tour of Civil War Sites and Other Historical Landmarks South of Alexandria, Virginia", and his Mosby Vignettes.

Chuck Mauro will be signing his latest book "A Southern Spy in Northern Virginia: The Civil War Album of Laura Ratcliffe", his books on Herndon, and the Civil War in Fairfax County.
