Woodland Park HarvestFest Brings Smiles Despite the Chill

Despite the rain on Satuday, Oct. 1, many people came out to celebrate fall and take part in the free entertainment and activities at Woodland Park Crossing's HarvestFest. The day included a giant walking scarecrow, music, face painting, a balloon sculptor and fitness demos. Woodland Park Crossing merchants and restaurants offered samples, food and beverages throughout the event, and a portion of the proceeds went to Reston Interfaith programs.
