If you're looking for something to do Saturday we've got plenty of events to keep you occupied. A is coming together to raise money for their group activities! Come out in the early morning to mid-afternoon for baked treats, clothes for maternity, women, kids, toddlers and babies, toys and more.

Herndon High School pays host to the . The action starts at 9:30 a.m. Tickets are $5 and a complete schedule of events is posted on the tournament website.

Bring your furry friend to in downtown Herndon for a good cleaning. Let the volunteers wash your dog for you at the “you wash” price! No appointments needed. Proceeds from the day will benefit Homeward Trails Rescue. 

Sunday

Kids 6-12 will find plenty to explore Sunday morning at . This event at Runnymede Park starts at 10 a.m. and allows kids use magnifying lenses to examine different barks, leaves, fruits and trunks. Cost is $11, register with the Town of Herndon.

Adults and kids alike will enjoy the FREE activities at Runnymede Park from 1-5 p.m. is a family friendly event with a variety of nature stations throughout the park. Investigate live animals, and enjoy entertainment and crafts. Satellite parking will be available and a free shuttle bus provided.

Finish off your weekend with on the Herndon Municipal Center stage! Come out, bring your picnic basket, blanket and support Herndon's local talented youth and adults. It all starts at 4:30 p.m.
