New Pool Supply Store to Celebrate Grand Opening Tonight

Herndon is now home to a brand-new Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies store.

The store, located at 1228 Elden St., will celebrate its grand opening beginning tonight, Friday, May 31.

The new location is about a week old, having opened last week on Thursday, May 23.

For this weekend, in honor of its grand opening celebration, customers can enjoy 20 percent off purchases through closing on Monday, June 3.

In total, Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies opened 48 new stores this year, between March and May alone, the company said. The company employs approximately 3,500 across the country during the swimming pool season.

"Leslie's is proud to be opening new store locations this year to serve our customers and add jobs throughout the country," stated Larry Hayward, CEO, Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. "Our new stores will offer customers an expansive selection of swimming pool supplies, pool equipment and recreational items."

"Leslie's associates serve as a valuable resource for swimming pool owners and provide detailed, knowledgeable information needed for their pool care," added Hayward.

The company said, all Leslie's stores offer free water tests in stores.

"Testing the pool water is one of the most important things a pool owner can do to ensure a clean, clear pool," company representatives said.

Customers are encouraged to take a sample of their water into a local Leslie's store to get complete test results, to help ensure the water is balanced on all aspects.
