1. HUNTER MILL NIGHTS
Where/When: Frying Pan Park, 2709 W Ox. Rd., Herndon, VA 20171; Thursday, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. 
Why Go:  Come see this traditional string-band play a great set of tunes to kick off the Hunter Mill Nights Concert Series.
Pricing: Free, Open to All

2. 31st ANNUAL HERNDON FESTIVAL
Where/When: 777 Lynn St., Herndon, VA 20170; All Weekend, starts Thursday, times vary
Why Go: A great time for local family fun.  The 31st annual festival includes games, food, music, arts and crafts, and children’s activities.  Come see the fireworks Thursday or Saturday night.
Pricing: Open to All

3. LADIES GOLF CLINIC
Where/When: Herndon Centennial Golf Course, 909 Ferndale Ave., Herndon, VA 20170; Sunday, 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Why Go:  Ladies, keep up with your man on the green by learning how to putt, chip, and swing a golf club.
Pricing: Free

4. SUPER DUPER 2011
Where/When: 2709 W. Ox Rd. Herndon, VA 20171; Saturday 8 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Why Go: This benefit concert supports Charity Music, an instrument donation program.  The event will feature family friendly acoustic and rock music.
Pricing: Benefit, $7 at the Door, $5 in Advance

5. “A MIDSUMMER’S NIGHT DREAM”
Where/When: Herndon High School, 700 Bennett St., Herndon, VA 20170; Friday & Saturday, 7:30 p.m.
Why Go: The Advanced Theatre Class will present their version of this famous comedic Shakespeare play.
Pricing: $10
