1. Congratulations to this year’s Mayor’s Volunteer Appreciation Awards Distinguished Volunteers Marvin “Pete” Lindsay, Robert “Bob” Thomas and Barbara Glakas. Look for a full story on the event later on!

4. Classical Ballet Theatre, a not-for-profit organization, during its run of Sleeping Beauty. The organization provides dance education, performance and outreach to the region.

5. The Town of Herndon’s annual Easter Egg Hunt takes place at the Herndon Municipal Center on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Bring a basket to collect eggs and join the Easter Bunny to hunt for eggs.
