Hazak Meeting with Dr. John Barclay Burns "Emerging Judaism from Exile"

At the Hazak Meeting, Congregation Beth Emeth welcomes Dr. John Barclay Burns, professor Emeritus of Religious Studies at George Mason University where he taught for 24 years.

Dr. Burns will discuss Emerging Judaism from Exile through the time of the Maccabees.

Prior to his position at the University he served as a Presbyterian minister in Scotland, Canada, and Fairfax, Virginia and has appeared in many community theater groups
