An ageless sound and infectious energy are at the very core of Baltimore quartet Fools & Horses. Their distinctive Modern Rock sound combines the melody and pure, organic power of the 90’s with the intensity of the lyrics and kinetic rhythms of today’s hits. Fools & Horses albums and live shows are often compared to those of Coldplay, the Foo Fighters, Travis and Cake.
Best known as the lead singer for alternative rock act Fighting Gravity-Boy O Boy, Schiavone McGee accentuates lyrical themes about taking chances, undaunted love and perseverance by massaging the harder edges of his former group with thick atmospheric layers. Along with co-writer and producer Chip Johnson, he’s also arranged tinges of ’80s new wave, U2-style majesty, and synth-heavy indie rock into splendid modern rock songs.
