Ash Wednesday service
The Ash Wednesday service will be February 22 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the Ash Wednesday service is to begin Lent – but more importantly – to remember Christ fasted in order to prepare himself for ministry. That becomes our job as well – to concentrate on God’s call in our life to either continue it, change it, or deepen our commitment to our church and the kingdom of God.
