Enter Herndon Patch and Title Boxing Club's 'Title Transformation' Contest!

Have you struggled with weight loss in the past? Enter Patch and Title Boxing Club's contest to win a 12-week custom fitness/weight loss program.

It's no secret - it's not easy to lose weight. Especially with all the craziness and stress that life throws at us each day.

But, Herndon's Title Boxing Club wants you to know, it's not impossible - and their staff is here to help.

Patch and Title Boxing Club want to help everyone learn how to be healthy - that's why Patch and Title are partnering up to bring locals the Title Transformation Contest.

If you're ready to commit, Patch and Title are giving away a full "Title Transformation" to one lucky winner.

To enter, tell us - what are your biggest challenges with getting fit and losing weight? What methods have you tried in the past that haven't worked for you? And, most importantly, what are your reasons for wanting to get fit and lose weight?

Patch and Title Boxing Club will pick one lucky winner who will receive a personally customized, 12-week fitness and weight loss program with Title's head trainer and sports nutritionist, Donald Poindexter.

The winner will receive:

  • A three-month membership to Title Boxing Club, good for unlimited fitness classes such as Title's signature kickboxing and boxing "power hours" that burn up to 1,000 calories each.
  • An introductory 30-minute assessment to determine your goals, health and limitations to be able to customize your program.
  • 24 private training sessions with Donald Poindexter.
  • A pair of boxing gloves and pair of wraps.
  • A Title Boxing Club "Hit It Hard" t-shirt
  • A Title equipment bag and Title key ring.

The prize is valued at roughly $3,000!

Donald Poindexter and Title Boxing Club of Herndon owner Cody Feenan said the intense 12-week program is designed for the average person to see results.

"The Title Transformation is a 90-day fitness plan for anyone who wants to be healthier, fit and more active," Feenan and Poindexter explained. "It's designed with the everyday person in mind - this means women, children, and all ages and fitness levels. Everyone will see significant changes in the way they look, feel and function."

"This program shows you exactly how to take you from where you are now to places where you thought you would never be," they added. "You will be shown how to take control over your metabolism, release and burn fat all day long, build lean, tone muscles, and increase muscle strength."

Who Can Enter to Win the 'Title Transformation?'

Anyone 18 years or older who lives in the D.C. Metro area. You should live or work within a reasonable distance from Title Boxing Club, located at 404 Elden St. in Herndon Centre with MOMs Organic Market, so you can be there to participate in your program.

You should be fully committed to participating in the full 12 weeks of the program in order to see results - meaning, you are willing to be at the gym at least 2-3 times per week to participate in personal training sessions or classes, and to meet with Donald Poindexter, who will personally support you and go over your nutrition/meal plan with you.

Patch's complete Official Rules for the contest are included in the photos section of this article. Please read carefully before entering.
