Bull Run Festival of Lights Kicks Off

Preview the lights display on foot in the first Snowflake Stampede Sunday. The Holiday light show officially begins Wednesday, Nov. 21 in Centreville.

Kick the holiday spirit in gear with a visit to one of the region's biggest holiday lights displays. The Bull Run Festival of Lights starts at Bull Run Regional Park, 7700 Bull Run Drive in Centreville, on Wednesday, Nov. 21.

The Bull Run Festival of Lights features Santa's Enchanted Lights, more than 40,000 animated lights set to music that you can view from your car. Each year the event attracts about 30,000 cars.

The light show will continue through Jan. 6. The busiest evenings are Friday through Sunday.

Admission rates are $15 per car Monday through Thursday and $20 per car Friday through Sunday and holidays. 

A $3 off Bull Run Festival of Lights coupon is available here. It can be used only Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).

Preview: Snowflake Stampede Sunday

For an early preview, you may consider attending the first ever Snowflake Stampede this Sunday, Nov. 18.

Snowflake Stampede is a 2.5 mile fun run (or walk). Check in as at 4:30 p.m., and the event begins at 5:30 p.m. More information on the Snowflake Stampede is available here.
