Ann Rodriguez and Vade Bolton were members of the local community who shared a special passion and gift for mentoring and inspiring young people to become future leaders, according to the awards. Their volunteerism took different paths, but Rodriguez and Bolton were inspirational to those who knew and worked with them. The award is being given in their memory.

Nominations for Best of Reston may be submitted by individuals and organizations. Nomination forms, as well as a list of previous winners, can be found online at www.restoninterfaith.org or www.restonchamber.org. Printed copies of the nomination form can also be found at the Reston Interfaith and GRCC offices. Nominations close at 5 p.m. Nov. 19.
