A woman is facing three felony charges in an alleged hit and run with kids on board.
Diana Maria Castellano, 31, of Reston, is accused of repeatedly ramming her car into another vehicle following an argument with the other driver, according to Prince William County Police. No injuries were reported, but investigators did learn the suspect had her two children, ages 7 and 5, in the car with her during the incident.
