A 19-year-old woman was walking into a store over the weekend when a man with his pants dropped around his knees pushed her to the ground and climbed on top of her, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Jaguar Robert Williams-Palmer, 20, of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted rape. He is being held without bond.
The alleged assault in front of the HH Gregg on Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge was stopped by several other holiday shoppers, according to police.
