Used Bike Drive, Sept. 28

A donated bike can make a world of difference! Do you have an old bike languishing in the garage? Come to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Herndon on Saturday, September 28 and donate the bike to Bikes for the World. The bikes will be sent all over the world to help people needing reliable transportation to school, work, or health care. Bikes for the World asks for a suggested donation of $10 to help offset the cost of shipping. This bike drive is being conducted by Conor Mears of Boy Scout Troop 159 as an Eagle Scout service project. Drop off bikes at St. Tim's at 432 Van Buren Street, Herndon, from 10-2 on Sept. 28.
