Summer Camp - Kids Age 3* - Rising 1st Grade

Herndon United Methodist Church Preschool presents Days of Discovery Summer Camp!  Campers will enjoy activities including crafts, songs, movement, stories, snack and more based around a central theme.  Each week is unique, so join us for one week or all weeks!  Camp is open to all children age 3 thru rising 1st graders.  Three year olds must have turned 3 by September 30, 2013 or must have attended HUMC Preschool.

To register for summer camp, please visit our website and complete the Camp Registration Form and the Authorization for Emergency Treatment (on the back of the Registration Form) and return it to HUMC Preschool as soon as possible.  Space is limited!  Prior to the first day of camp, we must receive a completed Va. School Entrance Health Form and we must see proof of identity, such as a birth certificate or passport (we must see the original document).  Students currently enrolled at HUMC Preschool have already met this requirement.  Children with allergies that require an epi-pen will need to complete an Authorization for Medication and will also need to provide the medication needed.
