Oak Hill Herndon Market Update May 11th through the 17th

The market continues to do well. I am hearing that the market is slowing down from other agents but I have not seen it yet. Mainly because I did have any homes on the market for sale last week. The numbers still look good this week so we will see. I just put 3 new homes on the market - all with open open houses this weekend. Today, Saturday the 18th, my new listing will be open at 12756 Bradwell 1-4PM. Tomorrow, Sunday the 19th, I will have 2 open houses 1-4PM - one on 12901 Fraternal Court and the other at 2940 Mother Well Court. Check them out, they are all in great condition. I will have a better idea how the market is doing next week after we see how these homes fare. We had 14 new listings and 36 single family homes on the market this week.
