My family has been Herndon residents for over 25 ye ars.\nNoelle was born 14 weeks prematurely and weighed 1 lb. 11 ozs and spent her first 7 months at Fairfax Hospital. She  \;has chronic lun g disease and has been on oxygen since her birth. Chronic lung disease r equires her to wear oxygen at all times.  \;We are raising money for a service dog to carry Noelle's oxygen since it is too heavy for her to carry!  \;Monty is the service dog that Noelle will receive and is 10 thousand dollars.  \;5 thousand has to be raised before she can r eceive the dog.
