Sunday evening deputies responded to the 45500 block of East Severn Way in Sterling for a report of a female attempting to get a 16-year-old male into a car. According to the Washington Post, the boy was sitting outside a hotel when the incident happened. A sheriff’s deputy found a vehicle matching the description given by the victim and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy discovered the driver was a male dressed in women's clothing. Deputies charged Jose H. Mejia-Ulloa, 41, of Herndon, VA, with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held on a $5,000 secured bond.

Fairfax County Police released a sketch of the suspect who sexually assaulted a woman in the 13700 block of Merrybrook Court in the Herndon area in the early hours of Saturday morning.
