Weekend Planner: Time Out Will Feature Olympics Coverage, Specials
There's plenty going on in Herndon this weekend!
FRIDAY
• Time Out Wings and Grill will be having Olympics coverage starting at 5 p.m. Friday, along with Olympic food and drink specials. Coverage will be on the big screens at the restaurant and specials will last through the games.
• Friday Night Live will feature Kristen and the Noise this week. The local favorite will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. on the Herndon Town Green.
SATURDAY
• There will be a moving sale on Green Watch Way on Saturday. The sale will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and have items such as furniture, a television, an oriental rug, household items and more.
• From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday there will be an estate sale on Southington Lane in Herndon. Items include a bed, dishes, silverware and artwork, among many other items.
• There will also be a moving sale on Cross Hollow Court in Herndon from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
• The Breeze is hosting a luau fundraiser for Autism Learning Center on Saturday
• A multi-vendor garage sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday on Old Ox Road in the Sterlling area. The sale will be held at AAAA Self Storage.
• A free women's Zumba class will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Southview Community Church near Reston. The class meets weekly on Saturday mornings.
ONGOING
• A Tribute to Margaret's Garden, featuring artwork inspired by the iris gardens of Margaret Thomas, will be on exhibit at ArtSpace Herndon through August 12.
