The Breeze gets my vote only by default of the choices offered. As a transplanted New Yorker and First-Generation American of Italian Heritage I tend to dismiss pizza that isn't baked in a proper oven...and isn't NY Style. Ahead of the Breeze I would place...believe it or not, Mr. Pepperoni of those in Herndon...but the two best by far are slightly out of Herndon - Mama Lucia's in Reston and Santini's just over the border in Reston. Also, the pizza at Cantina d'Italia is superior to all of these choices in my opinion.
