Update: Police ID Man Found Dead Near Herndon Apartments
Tory J. Marshall, 33, of Herndon, was found dead Saturday by someone on the walking path on Tamarack Way, police said.
The man found dead near a Herndon apartment building on Saturday has been identified as 33-year-old Tory J. Marshall.
Marshall, a Herndon resident, was found by someone on the walking path in the 700 block of Tamarack Way, off of Herndon Parkway.
Herndon Police say the investigation revealed alcohol may have been a factor. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be hypothermia.
