Three Winners for Herndon's Sept. Yard of the Month
A commercial business won Yard of the Month for the first time.
The final Yard of the Month winners for the 2011 season were recognized at the Herndon Town Council meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 11. Winners included Sherali Basharat of 1215 Cypress Tree Pace, Steve LePage and Karen Hutchison of 1007 Grant Street, and Doug Downer, owner of HRI in downtown Herndon, located at 718 Pine Street. HRI is the first commercial business in Herndon to be honored with Yard of the Month.
