Area residents turned out in droves to celebrate homecoming in Herndon as the parade took over downtown Herndon Saturday morning. During the parade the town celebrated its new logo and branding with an announcement, banners, T-shirts, stickers and balloons.

Great parade and wonderful to see Herndon's spirit, but does anyone know why it started so much later than scheduled?
