Herndon Man Dressed as Woman Arrested for Attempting to Lure Teen into Car
When Loudoun County Sheriffs responded they found the woman was actually a man in women's clothing
For the week ending on May 18, there were one attempted burglary, two destruction of property incidents, three larcenies, one recovered stolen auto, and one suspicious event reported in the Dulles South Station district.

Sunday evening deputies responded to the 45500 block of East Severn Way in Sterling for a report of a female attempting to get a 16-year-old male into a car.
According to the Washington Post, the boy was sitting outside a hotel when the incident happened. A sheriff’s deputy found a vehicle matching the description given by the victim and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy discovered the driver was a male dressed in women's clothing.
Deputies charged Jose H. Mejia-Ulloa, 41, of Herndon, VA, with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held on a $5,000 secured bond.
