SPIRIT is a nationlly recognized nonprofit organization that provides education, personal growth, and therapy using horses.  SPIRIT offers therapeutic riding lessons as well as equine-assisted activities (beginner riding lessons).  Riders learn the basics of horsemanship both on the ground and while mounted. Our lessons are suitable for children and adults of all ages and physical /cognitive abilities.

Volunteers are needed to help maintain our fields, groom and tack horses, lead horses, and walk beside the horses during lessons.  Volunteers may also assist students in carrying out the instructor's directions.  Our vision is to create a strong, positive and stable environment that will foster growth and personal development in the lives of both our students and our volunteers.
